M.D. Sleppy Construction Inc. employs a linear design, pricing and construction approach to each project, from the first conceptual visit by a client with our staff and project manager to the completion of construction. We literally handle every aspect of the project from site prep to handing over the key at the end of the job, or can enter the project at any stage along the way.
Services regularly performed by our company include: Design Build with architectural and engineering services provided to create the design elements that mirror the client’s vision, as well as produce all of the working drawings and engineering for permitting and construction. This is one stop shopping at work! We provide much of this start up work at no charge to the client, and regularly perform early estimating of the final costs in order to value engineer and design the structure within the budget of every client.
M.D. Sleppy Construction Inc. manages and oversees all aspects of a project from pre-construction through post-construction, including:
